This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the charming villages of the Dandenong Ranges.

Our room was well decorated and had a great view of garden. Had a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges at our disposal.

Location adjacent to all local attractions, the SkyHigh restaurant and all the lovely cafes and shops in Olinda, as well as the Botanical/Rhododendron Gardens. For tea or coffee visit Cold Rock nearby. A good choice of options, fab food.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel, where my room was beautifully decorated with antique-style furniture.

Wonderful and very pleasent hotel. The place itself was situated in the Dandenong Ranges provided a fairy tale like backdrop and the hotel only complimented that with its rustic and romentic facade. The service was very personal being run by the most lovely couple that were very helpful and friendly. The room was very well prepared and stocked with everything you would need and more.

The only complain would be its lack of a more prominent signage as it was located along a bend in the road and it is easy to pass it if you were not looking in the opposite direction of the road as you drive up to it.

This place has a great central location, is tastefully decorated, and offers spacious accommodations with a single bed for our 18-year-old daughter.

Good location in the centre of Olvida.

Well equiped room with comfortable bedroom. Ease of parking.

The record player in the room was fantastic, as was the spa.

Initally the toilet was blocked, but this was fixed. But I discovered late in the evening I had no hot water in the suite. Thankfully there was an 'emergency tap' to fill the spa bath

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was super relaxing and I spent 2 wonderful nights. the king suite was great – it had a microwave, central heating, and an iron, which all worked perfectly for our needs. 😊.

location excellent for exploring the area and lots of good places to eat near to hotel.

The hotel is decorated in country style. We had two rooms & both were very nicely done and quite big. The loft room is gorgeous & great as a gathering place. Being an older place with thick walls we could not hear the neighbours. We could walk for coffee/dinner.Also very central to the attractions of the area ( we took our own car)

We would have enjoyed an outdoor area as we were there in summer. The garden is a work in progress but not finished yet.

The staff provided attentive and caring service, making for a wonderful experience. the location was ideal, situated right next to various shops, eateries, and beautiful gardens, as well as being close to Yarra Valley wineries. their food was fabulous, offering a great selection of meals.

The Calico Suite was very suitable for my 3 children and they enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and the adjoining outdoor garden seats. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially liked the personal recommendations on where to eat and go, The Montrose playground was extremely useful and the food at Pig & Whistle Tavern was fantastic! The carpark was big and convenient too.

Would prefer hot breakfast at the B&B itself - it's so nice to have it outdoors.

Breakfast was supplied but very disapointed that for toast you did not have white bread i'm alergic to seed grain so was not able to have toast puzzled everyone can eat white bread but not everyone can eat whole grain but everything else for breakfast was great. Another thing I did notice was that the carpet was in need of a clean which let it down a bit the rest was excellent
